Supplies and Other In-Kind Donations

The Staff at Women's Facility is accepting supplies and other new or gently used in-kind donations including:

      
Chicago Women’s Park and Gardens Donation List

  • Baskets of all shapes, sizes, natural colors preferred, metal okay
  • Bowls and plates of all shapes, sizes, colors
  • Buttons of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Wooden trays, with or without organizational components
  • Rocks of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Shells of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Wooden blocks, natural colors preferred
  • Picture frames of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Mirrors of all shapes and sizes
  • Rugs, those found within a home – NOT those found in a typical classroom
  • Small wooden clipboards
  • Child sized sofa/loveseat, large chair
  • Child sized tent
  • Canopy/large swaths of material
  • Mason jars of all shapes and sizes
  • Glass jars of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Bubble wrap
  • Ribbon of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Yarn of all lengths, widths and colors
  • Fabric scraps of all shapes, sizes, and colors
  • Placemats: earth tones only
  • Tall earth toned floor base, natural material preferred
  • Segmented vegetable tray/Chip and Dip tray
  • Pillows: floor, couch, throw
  • Muffin tins of all sizes
  • Lamps, floor and table
  • Open shelving units
  • Wooden trellis
  • Real cups, plates, saucers, tea pots, flatware, small pots and pans
  • Wooden kitchen set
  • Plants
  • Gently Used or New Books for Toddler and Preschool Age Children
  • Gently Used or New Toys that Promote Group Play for Toddler and Preschool Age Children. Examples: Large Legos, Building Blocks, Large Car Toys, Train Sets, Pretend & Play Sets,
     
  • Gently Used or New Toys that Promote Learning for Toddler and Preschool Age Children. Example: Wooden Puzzles, Puppets, Counting Toys, Lacing Boards/Beads
  • Arts and Crafts Supplies. Examples: Yarn, Construction Paper, Stickers, Googly Eyes
  • Holiday Decorations and Crafts
